My how everything is changing so rapidly here at WMBF News! It is amazing to see how much progress we have made from our initial starting point of buying out a building and seeing it morph into our new "home." Everyone is hustling and bustling around the temporary offices and over at the new station preparing for our big move-in in July! You know we are getting close when they start putting all of the satellite dishes and transmitter towers into place. Get ready Myrtle Beach and Florence - WMBF is here to stay, so mark your calendars for our BIG LAUNCH on 08.08.08 in conjunction with the broadcasting of the 2008 Summer Olympics, only on NBC!
On the web-side of things, WMBF News has launched its own MySpace and Facebook pages in order to let everyone know about the newest NBC station to hit SC. I have provided you with the links below, so click and check us out!
Tim has been busy setting up the soft-launch site and main WMBFNews.com sites that will be launching in June, and again on August 8.
